These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and 7winrm (hereinafter "7winrm", "the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://7winrm.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service provided by 7winrm, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings ascribed below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 7winrm, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own sole use — corporate entities and third-party proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion list — whether maintained by 7winrm or any third-party responsible gambling body.
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, true, and up to date.
• You have not previously had a 7winrm Account suspended, closed, or terminated by the Company for cause.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual in connection with your use of the platform.

One Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.

You are required to complete the registration process accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. 7winrm may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documents include: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport, together with proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the prior three months). Selfie verification holding the identity document may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 7winrm will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify 7winrm support immediately — via live chat or email at [email protected] — if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information registered on your Account remains accurate and current at all times. Any change to your name, address, email, or contact number must be communicated to 7winrm's support team promptly. Misrepresentation of account information — whether deliberate or through negligence — may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7winrm accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported by Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited funds to the source account where technically feasible.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds, and confirmation that the withdrawal method corresponds to a verified payment account in the Player's name. 7winrm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow): typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically processed within the same business day.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes.

7winrm does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 7winrm's control and remain your responsibility.

All transactions on the 7winrm platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the applicable MYR/USDT exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction will be applied.

7winrm may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP tier benefits, birthday bonuses, and migration bonuses to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are to be read alongside and as supplementary to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are issued to one Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud.
• 7winrm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion, including in cases where the Company determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Uncompleted wagering within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in each bonus offer's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds remain on the account. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on the 7winrm platform — whether on slot games, live casino tables, crash games, sports markets, or any other gaming product — are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details prior to confirmation. 7winrm is not liable for bets placed in error due to your own misuse of the platform.

Sports betting markets on 7winrm cover a range of local and international events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, boxing, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play markets may be suspended or voided at 7winrm's discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software fault that results in an erroneous display of a result or payout, 7winrm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7winrm platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or financial instruments.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to the proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 7winrm staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit set by the Player or imposed by 7winrm.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, game assets, and other proprietary elements available on the 7winrm platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 7winrm or its licensors. No right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended personal, non-commercial recreational purpose only. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any element of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 7winrm.

The 7winrm name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7winrm, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

In particular, 7winrm accepts no liability for: (a) losses attributable to the inherent risks of gambling; (b) losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events outside 7winrm's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from your violation of these Terms; (d) interruptions to service arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 7winrm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7winrm is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. When gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

7winrm provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt.

7winrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7winrm.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• Discovery that the Account holder is below the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance (including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited at 7winrm's discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Where closure is not caused by breach, the verified remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason — including for responsible gambling purposes — may do so by contacting the 7winrm support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gambling reasons are actioned immediately.

7winrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7winrm will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 7winrm platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

The version of these Terms most recently published on the 7winrm website shall always be the governing version. Players are advised to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, scope, interpretation, performance, or enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7winrm holds its applicable gaming licence, as notified to Players from time to time.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
